Well, it's quite nice, since we moved the site to Live yesterday traffic has been picking up quite nicely. Incedible really, seeing as though we haven't even started publishing anything abut the site. I thought, maybe it was people who arrive at the blog randomly just clicking through but then I realised, there is nothing on here that would give the address away (If you're wondering it's http://www.freezy.co.uk/ :) so I don't know where it is. No-one has posted anything yet, but that's understandable really.
Overall, I'm really starting to love the look of the site.
I've sent out all the press releases today so maybe we'll hear back from some of them tomorrow, although I bet they get thousands of those sorts of mails every day - gotta be worth a shot though.
And you can help too. However you've come across this blog, head on over the www.freezy.co.uk and add some stuff! Even if you've just fallen onto this by the random blogger mail, you've found us on Google, whatever, it doesn't matter. Our aim was to create a site that could be used by EVERYONE in the Britain so don't be shy! Sign up early whilst all the good names are still available!
Hopefully, we'll get some good press in the next week or two two really kick start things.
Cheers for now!

Welcome to Freezy!
Hello there. Thanks for stopping by!
Welcome to Freezy. I thought I'd start by telling you the how and why of the site. It's quite easy really. Two things are causing us a headache right now.
1. The Credit Crunch. I don't know why it's called the Credit Crunch. it's a stupid name really cos most of our monetary worries aren't related to credit. It's tax. And inflation. And the cost of oil and food. It all means we don't have quite so much spare cash in the old wallet anymore so some free stuff is quite cool. Should really be called the disposable income crunch.
2. Carbon Footprints and stuff. Yeah, apparently we should all reduce our carbon footprint and hug trees and stuff :) Ok, so I'm no hippie, but the "green agenda" is basically about less waste and what could be easier, rather than throwing stuff away and sticking it in a landfill than to give it away to someone who needs it? Doing your bit for the planet + Instant good Karma = Good.
And also, if you're like me (a bit lazy), you'd probably be happy about the fact that someone will come and remove your item for you. No need to hire a skip, or drag it down the tip or whatever... Everyone's a winner!
So, welcome to Freezy. Thanks for using the site and please leave us any comments or feedback. We want to keep improving the site and can't make it any better if you don't tell us how. We're a bit thick like that.
Dave & Kez.
